Take a look at the example of a badged suit

Download the logo placement template.

Fill out the template with your logos.

Email the template back to us at xpressracewear@hotmail.com along with all your logos and any personal files (vector format where possible)
and fill in the ‘notes’ section if you have any special requirements.

We will contact you to organise courier of your suit to us. (We can offer discounted courier costs)

Once we have your leathers to hand, we mock up your design using stickers on your suit so you can see what it will actually look like when printed.
(You may make adjustments until you’re happy with the layout)

We go to final print.

Once printed we will send you some photos of your cool looking suit and send it back to you.

We will contact you to confirm all designs are correct.

About Leather Badging

The decals are printed using permanent solvent inks, giving a high class finish with no need to put a further protective cover on. We can print directly onto any brand of leathers and can also supply printed patches for customers to get sewn onto their own suits. We also offer stick-on patches. The leather used is 0.7/0.9mm thickness making it extremely conformable.  They come with a special adhesive backing so there’s no need to stitch them on if you don’t want to. They adhere to even difficult areas including seams and solid humps. We work with many of the current racers at all levels. Any brand of leathers can be printed onto. Damaged original brand logos (screen print, sewn on leather lettering/patches can be replaced with our print style) For further details please see our ‘Leather Repairs’ section.
